Orientation to Flight

• Introductory 2 hour flight lesson over New Orleans
• Professional flight instructor certified by the FAA
• You take the controls as your instructor guides you over the city
• Fly in a comfortable, 2 or 4-passenger airplane with just you and the instructor
• Share this experience by adding an observer for an additional fee (you must choose C172/PA28)
• No experience necessary!

If you are a budding aviator and truly interested in becoming a pilot, this is the flight for you! This is an in depth flight lesson including 75 minutes of Classroom Instruction on flight controls and aerodynamics and then 45 minutes of Practical Flight Instruction in an airplane with the guidance of an FAA Certified Flight Instructor. This is the very first lesson when learning to fly and will count towards your first lesson if you were to begin flight training!

• Confirmation will be received at the time of your booking.
• Height and Weight Restrictions apply. Cessna 152: Cannot exceed 5’10” and/or 180 lbs & Cessna 172 or Piper Archer III: Max combined weight not to exceed 450 lbs.
• Duration of flights begin at engine startup and end at engine shutdown (it is not just the time in the air).
• We are not wheelchair accessible.
• All purchases are non-refundable.

In the event of a unique weather situation, we reserve the right to alter, modify or reschedule any flights/tours/lessons due to unsafe conditions within two weeks of the original reservation. Refunds are not available if a flight must be rescheduled due to weather conditions. Ticketholders should have an alternate date/time in mind should weather pose an inconvenience.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. All sales are final. We require a 72 hour notice to reschedule without charge. If we are not provided sufficient notice, client forfeits the full amount of their payment and/or voucher and any additional upgrades purchased. There is a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled flight time.For late shows beyond 10 minutes, we cannot guarantee the full time reserved, and we reserve the right to reduce your flight by the time delayed.

All participants are required to sign an electronic liability waiver prior to your flight. If it is not completed prior to check-in, it will be required at the time of your flight.
